We measure and fit across all seven emirates, on the same terms everywhere. No travel surcharge, no minimum order for crossing a border, and no second-priority scheduling outside Dubai. The same free supervisor visit, the same two measurements per window, the same written price within 24 hours, the same date in your contract.
What is not the same is the work. A tower is not a villa. Mirdif is not Al Furjan. The community you live in decides what the glass faces, what the wall behind it is made of, whether we are fitting an empty handover or working around your furniture, and whether the building will let a van into the service lift at all. That is why there is a page for each of these places rather than one page with the names swapped: the answer genuinely differs, and pretending otherwise is how people end up with the wrong specification.
Dubai towers
High-rise work, where privacy after dark and what the reveal is made of decide most of the specification.
Business Bay — towers face each other across narrow gaps, so night privacy behind a sheer fails, and drywall reveals demand correctly specified anchors.
Downtown Dubai — the one place where hiding the view is a failure: fabric weight decides whether the skyline stays legible, and high floors need tighter bracket spacing to stop track rattle.
Dubai Marina — mostly replacement work, where reflected water light has faded west-facing fabric and a ten-year-old track with worn gliders is the real fault.
JLT — lake-side glare and road-side exposure are two different jobs, and early motorised tracks here are now at end of life.
Dubai villas and family communities
Larger jobs, more windows, and walls that usually hold a fixing wherever you want one.
Dubai Hills Estate — two jobs in one community: villas of twenty-five to forty windows run as supervised projects, and apartments where the golf view should be kept.
Arabian Ranches — thirty-plus windows in solid concrete, wide garden sliders, stairwell glass, and a majlis treated as a room of its own.
Damac Hills — four kinds of home in one community, and golf-facing glass with a low-angle glare problem rather than a view problem.
Mirdif — nothing repeats, so nothing can be quoted from a building name; solid block walls, arched and odd openings, and an honest answer about aircraft noise.
Town Square — the job usually starts with a child's bedroom: nap-time darkness, cordless as standard, and aftercare scheduled because it is a long drive.
Al Furjan — the Route 2020 viaduct and Sheikh Zayed Road throw moving light into bedrooms at night, and stud spacing dictates where a bracket can go.
JVC — mid-rise blocks overlook each other at eye level, and heavily investor-owned stock justifies spending on track and fixings rather than fabric.
Waterfront
Where the environment, not the room, sets the specification.
Palm Jumeirah — salt attacks metal, so track, carriers, fixings and motor housings are specified elevation by elevation rather than house by house.
Dubai Creek Harbour — new handovers with repeating layouts, early sunrise over the creek, drywall reveals, and building NOCs cleared at the point of order.
Other emirates
Same terms as Dubai, and we say so plainly because the worry is real.
Sharjah — no surcharge and no deprioritising; a more formal taste, deeper pelmets, and older tracks asked to carry more than they were specified for.
Ajman — the real choice here is made-to-measure against ready-made, because most Dubai companies simply do not come.
Not on the list?
These are the communities we work in most, not the limit of where we go. We fit across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. If your area has no page yet, tell us the building or community when you message and we will tell you what we already know about it — in many towers we have measured before and have the window sizes on file.
How we work, wherever you are
A supervisor visits your home free, with the fabric books, and studies the light in each room at the hour you use it. Every window is measured twice. You get one written price per finished window within 24 hours — fabric, lining, track, brackets, the correct fixings for your wall, delivery and installation inside that number, nothing added later. We fit on the date written into your contract, not a range, with a one-year mechanical and labour warranty. The process is set out in how it works, and you can book a free measurement whenever you are ready.
