Curtains collect more dust in Dubai than almost anywhere
Fine desert dust gets through closed windows and AC filters, and it settles into fabric. Most people never clean their curtains because taking them down, finding a cleaner, and re-hanging them properly is a job nobody wants. So they stay up for years, getting greyer.
We do the whole thing
- Take down — we remove the panels and note exactly how each one was hung.
- Clean — professionally, matched to the fabric. Velvet, silk and linen are not cleaned the same way, and getting it wrong shrinks or marks them permanently.
- Re-hang — back on the same track, in the same order.
- Re-dress — every pleat folded by hand and tied for 24 hours, so they hang the way they did when new. This is the step almost nobody does, and it is why professionally cleaned curtains often come back looking worse than before.
- Re-tension the track while we are there, free.
How pricing works
Message us on WhatsApp with your home type, the number of windows, and a photo of the curtains if handy. We confirm a fixed written quote the same day — free, before we visit, with nothing added on the day. A typical apartment is done in one visit and returned within 3 working days.
How often
Once a year is right for most Dubai homes. More often if you are near a construction site, on a low floor facing a main road, or if anyone in the house has dust allergies. We will tell you if yours do not need doing yet — there is no point charging you to clean curtains that are clean.
Curtains we did not make
We clean any curtains, not only ours. We inspect first and tell you honestly if the fabric is too fragile — some older or sun-damaged fabric will not survive a clean, and we would rather say so than hand you back something that fell apart in the process.
The Care Club
If you would rather not think about this every year, our Care Club includes the annual clean, re-hang and re-dress, plus free repairs and priority scheduling, for one flat annual fee — quoted for your home at your first visit.
