How we price a job
Every home is different — window sizes, drops, wall types, fabric choices. So we do not publish a price list, and we do not quote a number before we have seen your windows. Here is what happens instead.
- Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your building and how many windows. We reply within minutes during working hours.
- Free home visit. A supervisor comes to your home, studies the light in every room, and measures every window twice. About 45 minutes. No obligation, no charge.
- Fabric books, brought to you. You see and feel the fabric held against your own window, in your own light — not under showroom lighting, and not from a photograph on a screen. You choose in the room the curtains will live in.
- One written price per finished window, within 24 hours. Fabric, making, lining, track, brackets, the correct fixings for your wall type, delivery, installation and hand-dressing — all inside one number per window, itemised so you can see what you are paying for. Nothing added later.
- You decide in your own time. No follow-up pressure. The quote is valid for 30 days.
Why we do not publish a price list
You have seen the adverts: curtains from some tiny headline price. Then the track is extra. The brackets are extra. Lining is extra. Fitting is extra. VAT is extra. The number that got you to call was never the number you pay.
A price given before anyone has measured your windows is a guess — and a guess is exactly how the extras get added later. We would rather give you one real number, once, and stand behind it.
After we have measured, that number does not move. If our measurement changes anything, we tell you before we cut, never after.
