The problem with curtain prices in Dubai
Search for curtain prices here and you will find numbers like AED 45 per square metre, AED 120 per square metre, AED 200 per running metre. They look like prices. They are not.
Almost all of them are the fabric only. Making charges are added afterwards. Lining is added afterwards. Track, brackets and fitting are added afterwards. One supplier states it openly on their own website — making charges are in addition to fabric cost, and lining is separate unless specified.
Which is why so many people in this city are quoted one figure and billed another. It is not usually dishonesty. It is just an industry habit that happens to work against the customer.
So we price the finished window
Every number on this page is what you pay when we walk out of your home. Fabric, lining, track, brackets, the correct wall fixings for your wall type, delivery, installation, hand-dressing, packaging removal and a 5-year warranty — all inside the number.
You cannot compare these figures like-for-like against a per-metre rate. That is deliberate. You are not comparing the same thing.
Per window, fully installed

These are ranges rather than fixed prices for one honest reason: a 2.4m bedroom window and a 4m floor-to-ceiling living room window are not the same job, and pretending otherwise is how the bait-and-switch starts. Where you land depends on size, fabric and layers. Your exact figure is confirmed in writing within 24 hours of measurement — before anything is cut.
Whole apartments
Most people want a number for the whole home, not per window. These figures assume a sheer plus blackout layer on every window — the specification most Dubai apartments actually need.

- Does it include lining?
- Does it include the track, brackets and fixings?
- Does it include installation?
- What exact date will it be installed — and what happens if you miss it?
