A package is a whole home measured, quoted and fitted as one job. Not a series of separate window purchases spread over months, and not a lump sum with the detail hidden inside it. One survey, every window recorded, one written price with a line for each finished window, and one installation date in your contract.
Why a whole home is quoted differently
Quote a single window and the only variables are that window's size, fabric and fixing. Quote a home and three more appear.
The first is sequence: rooms have different urgency. A bedroom that faces the sunrise cannot wait; a guest room can. The second is consistency — what the house looks like from the street, whether the linings match behind different face fabrics, whether the headings agree from room to room. The third is access: one visit with the right equipment and the right fixings for your wall type is faster and cheaper than five visits discovering things.
So we price a package window by window rather than as a lump sum. You can see what each room costs, and you can adjust one room without re-quoting the whole home. How the number itself is arrived at is set out in how our pricing works.
What every package includes
A free supervisor visit with the fabric books brought to your home. Every window measured twice. A written, window-by-window quote within 24 hours — fabric, lining, track and brackets, the correct fixings for drywall or concrete, delivery, installation and hand-dressing, all inside that number, with nothing added later. A specific installation date written into your contract rather than a range. And a one-year mechanical and labour warranty on everything we make and fit.
The sizes
Studio — the main window, the kitchenette and the bathroom pane. A studio is the hardest single room in Dubai: the bed sits in the morning sun and a tower faces you at night, so the main window usually wants a sheer and a blackout layer on one double track.
1 bedroom — usually three to five windows across bedroom, living room and sometimes a kitchen or bathroom pane. Small enough to measure, make and fit as one job on one day.
2 bedroom — usually five to seven windows, and the second bedroom is the variable. A child's room gets cordless blackout as standard; a home office wants glare control instead. Deciding which you have is most of the specification.
3 bedroom — eight to ten windows, and the point where this becomes a small project rather than a purchase. One supervisor, one written date, and a quote you can adjust room by room.
Villa — twenty-five to forty windows, run as a project with a named supervisor from first measurement to final walkthrough. Installation is phased so the house stays livable rather than done in one disruptive day.
Office and commercial — priced by zone rather than window count: open workspace, meeting rooms, glass partitions, reception. The requirement is usually glare and blackout control rather than decorative fabric, and we install outside business hours so nothing stops while we work.
Choosing a level
Each residential package comes at three levels, so the same scope can be specified up or down without changing what is covered. On a villa you can choose the level room by room — the majlis and the master treated properly, the guest rooms specified sensibly — rather than applying one standard to forty windows.
You do not have to take the whole home
If only two rooms are urgent, do two rooms. The advantage of measuring the whole home in one visit is that we keep every window on file permanently, so the rest can be added later at the same specification without a second measurement — and without the new curtains looking like they came from a different house.
