We come to Sharjah on the same terms as Dubai. No surcharge, no minimum order, no "we don't cover that."
Most made-to-measure companies in this business are Dubai companies. Ask them to measure a flat in Al Nahda or a villa in Al Ramaqiya and one of three things happens: they add a travel charge, they set a minimum order value that a two-bedroom flat will never reach, or they simply stop replying.
We charge Sharjah residents exactly what we charge in Dubai. Same free supervisor visit, same free measurement, same free written quote inside 24 hours, same installation date written into the contract. There is no travel line on your invoice because there is no travel line on our quote.
Four things that are different about a Sharjah window
1. We check what your wall is made of before we quote
Sharjah has stock from every decade. An older block in Rolla or Al Qasimia was not built the same way as a tower in Aljada, and the wall around your window reveal is not the same wall in both.
That matters more than most people realise, because the fixing has to match it. An anchor that holds perfectly in one wall type will work loose in another, and a track that comes down takes the curtain, the fabric and sometimes the plaster with it.
So we do not assume. Every window gets checked at the measurement — wall type, reveal depth, what is above the opening — and the fixing is specified before you get a price, not decided by an installer on the day with whatever is in his bag.
2. There are already holes in your wall
Sharjah has a high rental turnover, and older flats have been dressed and re-dressed by a decade of tenants. When we take an old rod down we usually find three or four sets of holes at slightly different heights, none of them where we want to fix.
That is not a problem, but it is a conversation. Sometimes the right answer is a ceiling-fixed track that ignores the wall entirely. Sometimes it is a pelmet that covers the damage. Sometimes we fill and make good before we fit. We decide that with you at the measurement, and it does not change your price.
3. Al Nahda is closer than Business Bay
If you live in Al Nahda you already know this: the towers on this strip sit closer to each other than almost anywhere in the UAE. From a kitchen window you can see into a kitchen window.
Sheers handle daylight well here. After sunset, with your lights on, a sheer gives you nothing — from the opposite building a lit room behind a sheer is completely visible. Nearly every Al Nahda flat we dress ends up on a double track: sheer for the day, blackout drawn for the evening. If a company quotes you sheers alone in Al Nahda, ask them what happens at 7pm.

4. The new communities have the Dubai problem
Aljada, Tilal City, Nasma Residences, Al Zahia, Maryam Island and Sharjah Waterfront are new-build, and they behave like new Dubai: drywall reveals, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and handovers where nothing has been drilled yet.
If you have just taken handover, tell us. New-build windows are the easiest job we do, because nothing has to be undone first — and we can often fit within days of your keys.
The majlis window
Sharjah homes have larger formal rooms than most Dubai apartments, and the majlis window is usually the tallest in the house — often a double-height or arched opening with a drop no domestic curtain rail will carry.

Two things matter here and both get missed:
Privacy is not negotiable. This is the room where guests sit, and it usually faces the street. A sheer alone is not enough. We specify a proper double layer with a full return to the wall at both sides, so there is no gap at the edge when it is closed.
The drop needs a proper track. A 3.5-metre drop in heavy fabric is a serious weight. That needs a track rated for it, ceiling-fixed into the slab, and brackets at the right centres. We measure the height twice from three points along the run, because a majlis ceiling is rarely as level as it looks.
Villas in Al Ramaqiya, Al Rahmaniya, Al Suyoh, Hoshi and the older Al Nud and Al Fisht plots all tend to have this window in some form. If yours does, we would rather see it before quoting than guess from a photograph.
We schedule around Al Ittihad Road, not through it
Everyone in Sharjah plans their day around the crossing. We do too.
Sharjah measurements are booked mid-morning or after 8pm, not in the peak window, because a supervisor sitting on Al Ittihad Road is a supervisor who arrives late and rushes your measurement. If a time works for you that does not work for the traffic, say so and we will make it work — but we will tell you honestly which slot means we arrive relaxed and which one means we arrive stressed.
Installation teams come the same way. We do not book a Sharjah fit for 5pm.
Renting? Curtains can move with you
Sharjah tenancies are annual and people move often. Custom curtains are the one thing in a flat that is genuinely yours and genuinely fitted — and most people leave them behind because taking them down feels like a job.
It is not. We take them down, adjust the drops to your new windows where the sizes allow, supply new track and refit. It is far cheaper than making again, and it is the reason we keep every window we measure on file permanently. Years from now you can replace one damaged panel without a new measurement.

Offices, clinics and shops in Sharjah
We do commercial work here on the same terms as residential — free site survey, one written quote per opening within 24 hours, VAT itemised and addressed to your company with TRN.
Sharjah commercial spaces are usually a blinds job rather than a curtain job. Open workspaces want roller or sunscreen fabric that cuts glare on screens without killing the daylight. Meeting rooms want blackout, sometimes motorised on a single switch. Clinics want wipeable and moisture-safe, nothing else. Reception is the one place fabric can earn its keep, and we will tell you honestly when it cannot.
We fit outside your working hours. Evenings, weekends, or floor by floor — nobody moves a desk and nobody loses a working day. The details are on our office and commercial page.
How pricing works
Message us on WhatsApp with your building and roughly how many windows. A supervisor visits for a free measurement — every window measured twice, wall types checked — and you receive a written, window-by-window quote within 24 hours.
One price per finished window: fabric, making, lining, track, brackets, the correct fixings for your wall, delivery, installation and hand-dressing, with a one-year mechanical and labour warranty. Nothing added later.
Free consultation, free measurement, free delivery, free quotation. Installation is inside the quote.
Installed on the date in your contract
When you approve your quote you get a specific installation date — not a range, and it is written into your contract before you pay anything. Most Sharjah jobs are fitted within 2–5 working days of the measurement.
