Curtains outlive the home you bought them for
People move often in Dubai. Most leave their curtains behind because they assume they cannot be reused. In most cases they can — and it costs a fraction of starting again.
What we do
- We take them down at your old home, carefully, and remove the track and fixings.
- We measure your new windows — twice, as always.
- We re-hem or re-head the panels to fit the new drops. Widths can often be adjusted too.
- We make good the old walls — holes filled, so you are not arguing with a landlord over a deposit.
- We install at the new home and hand-dress them, so they hang correctly from day one.
How pricing works
Send us a photo of your existing curtains and the address of your new home on WhatsApp. We tell you within the hour whether relocating makes sense, and give you a fixed written quote — free, before anything is taken down. It is always a fraction of the cost of a new set.
When it is not worth it
We will tell you honestly when to start again rather than relocate:
- If the new windows are significantly taller. Fabric can be shortened but not lengthened.
- If the fabric is sun-damaged. Faded panels look worse in a new room, not better. We will show you the damage in daylight before you decide.
- If the style no longer suits. Heavy dark drapes from a villa rarely work in a bright apartment.
We would rather lose a relocation job than take your money for something that will disappoint you when it is hanging.
We already have your measurements
If we made your curtains, your original window record is on file permanently — dimensions, fabric, lining, heading, track. That makes the whole job faster and more accurate.
Timing
Most relocations are completed within a week of taking the curtains down. Tell us your handover dates and we can take down on the day you leave and install on the day you arrive.
