How It Works

From first visit to finished room, in about ten days

Most companies describe their process as "Step 1: Consultation. Step 2: Selection." That tells you nothing. Here is ours with real day numbers attached, so you can hold us to it.

Day 0 — The measurement visit

About 45 minutes. Free, and with no obligation.

  • Shoe covers on. Always.
  • The light study. We record, for every window: which way it faces, how many hours of direct sun it gets, the view, how exposed you are to neighbours, what the room is used for, and how you sleep.
  • An honest recommendation. We will tell you which windows genuinely need blackout and which do not — including where you can spend less. If a room does not need it, we say so.
  • Fabric held against your actual window, in your actual light. Not a catalogue on a table.
  • Measurement, twice. Width at three heights, drop at three points, recorded digitally and photographed.
  • Free temporary blackout blinds fitted to your bedroom windows before we leave.

Day 1 — Your quote

Within 24 hours, always. Window by window, room by room, with a fully installed price for each. Three levels to choose from, so the decision is which, not whether. And your exact installation date, printed on it.

Signature orders also receive a Light & Living Report — a written breakdown of every window in your home, its sun exposure, and what we recommend for it and why.

Days 2–7 — Made for your windows

Your fabric is reserved and confirmed in stock in writing before we commit to anything. Then it is cut, stitched and hand-finished.

You do not have to chase us for updates. You will receive them without asking:

  • "Your fabric is reserved and collected."
  • "Cutting done — photo attached." (A photo of your actual fabric, on the table.)
  • "Stitching complete. Quality check tomorrow."

Day 8 — Quality control

Every panel is inspected at our unit before it goes anywhere near your home — dimensions within 5mm, hem straight, heading even, correct lining, correct hook count, no marks.

We do this because finding a fault at your window means breaking a promise. Finding it at our unit means fixing it quietly.

Days 9–10 — Installation

You will know the crew's names and see their photographs before they arrive. You will get a message the evening before, and another when they are twenty minutes away.

  • Shoe covers, floor protection sheets, dust sheets under every drill point
  • Drill dust vacuumed as they work, not at the end
  • Curtains hand-dressed — every pleat folded by hand and tied for 24 hours, so they hang correctly for the rest of their life. Very few companies in Dubai do this, and it is the visible difference between a professional job and an amateur one.
  • Every piece of packaging and every offcut taken away
  • Operation demonstrated, including motor pairing and app setup
  • A 14-point check, photographed, then reviewed again remotely by a supervisor within two hours

You walk through every room. Only then do we take the balance.

After we leave

  • Next morning — we ask how it looks in the daylight.
  • Day 7 — we return to untie the dressing, free.
  • Month 6 — a courtesy check and free track re-tensioning if needed.
  • Year 1 — we offer a professional clean, take-down, re-hang and re-dress.
  • Forever — your windows stay on file. Reorder or replace a single panel without a new measurement. You will never be asked to produce an old invoice.
