Made-to-measure, explained honestly

Curtains and blinds are cut to the exact dimensions of your windows. Once fabric has been cut for your home, it cannot be sold to anyone else. That is why this policy is firmer than a normal shop's — and why we are generous in every situation where the fault is ours.

We show you this policy before you pay a deposit, not after. Most refund disputes in this industry happen because the customer never saw the terms.

If you change your mind

When	What happens
Before fabric is cut	Full refund of your deposit. No questions, no fee. Processed within 3 working days.
After cutting, before stitching	We deduct the cost of the fabric already cut. The balance is refunded.
After manufacture is complete	No refund — the item exists only for your windows. However, we will offer 50% credit toward a replacement fabric.

If the fault is ours

Situation	What we do
We measured it wrong	Full remake at our cost. If it moves your installation date, the remedy set out in Our Guarantee applies.
The fabric or colour is not what you approved	Full remake at our cost.
Workmanship is defective	Remade, altered or replaced at our cost until it is right.
We damaged your property during installation	Repaired or made good at our cost.
We miss the installation date we promised	The remedy set out in Our Guarantee applies.

In all of the above there is no argument, no form to fill in, and no charge to you.

How to raise something

Message us on WhatsApp or call. We acknowledge every complaint by phone within 60 minutes during working hours, and aim to resolve it within 72 hours. Anything unresolved after 48 hours is escalated to the founder automatically.

Payment terms

50% deposit on approval of your quote.
Balance on installation day, after you have inspected every room and are satisfied — never before.
Deposits are refundable in full until fabric is cut.
