The complaint people actually have about curtain companies is not the curtains. It is that the company stops existing the moment the last bracket goes in. The fabric was fine; the problem was that a year later nobody answered, a panel could not be matched, and the number that took the order was no longer the number that fixed anything.
So we kept the parts of this business that happen after installation, rather than treating them as somebody else's problem. Some of what follows most people will never need, and we say which.
Curtain cleaning
Dubai dust is fine, mineral and constant. It gets through closed windows and past AC filters, and it settles into fabric rather than onto it — which is why curtains here look tired long before they look dirty, and why people replace perfectly good curtains that only needed cleaning.
What we do is not a wash. A lined curtain has a face fabric and a lining that shrink at different rates, so putting one through water is how a good curtain comes back the wrong length with the folds sitting badly for the rest of its life. We take them down, clean them properly, rehang them and re-dress every fold by hand — because a curtain that has been cleaned and not re-dressed does not hang the way it did. Curtain relocation
People move often here, and most leave their curtains behind on the assumption that they cannot be reused. Often they can. Panels can be taken down, altered to new drops, re-headed onto a new track and rehung in the new home for a fraction of starting again.
This is a paid service and we will tell you honestly when it is not worth it. If the new windows are a very different shape, if the fabric is already sun-tired at the leading edges, or if the drop has to grow rather than shrink, you are paying alteration money for a compromised result. The Care Club
One annual fee, and we look after your windows for the year. The argument for it is simple: curtains are bought once and then forgotten until something goes wrong, and by the time something has gone wrong the cheap fix has usually become an expensive one. A sagging track caught early is an adjustment; left a year, it is a remake.
It suits homes with a lot of glass, motorised systems that benefit from being checked, and anyone who would rather have this handled than remember it. It is not for a studio with three windows. The detail is on the Care Club page.

Which of these you will probably never need
Most customers use exactly one of these services, and many use none. Property managers and interior designers are trade arrangements — if you are furnishing your own home, they are not for you. Relocation only matters if you move, and then only if your curtains are worth moving. The Care Club earns its place in a large home and not in a small one.
Cleaning is the one nearly everybody needs eventually, and the one people leave far too long. If your curtains look tired, get them cleaned before you price replacements — quite often that is the whole answer, and we will tell you so.
