One year, mechanical and labour, on everything we make and fit. Not a form to fill in. Not a manufacturer to chase. You call us, we come out.
We also keep your records. Every window we measure stays on file — dimensions, fabric, lining, track, the date we installed it and who installed it. Registration is automatic, and you will never be asked to find an old invoice.
What the year covers
Moving parts
Tracks, runners, cords, wands, tilt mechanisms and motorised systems.
Static parts
Brackets, poles, finials, and every fixing we put into your wall or ceiling, whether drywall or concrete.
Workmanship
Stitching, hems, headings, pleats, linings and the hand-dressing we do on installation day.
What happens if something goes wrong
We come to you and assess it. We repair it or replace it. Parts and labour, at no cost to you, within the warranty year.
You deal with the supervisor who ran your job, not a call centre. Message us on WhatsApp — a photo helps, but it is not required.
What is not covered
Stated plainly, so there are no surprises later:
- Accidental damage
- Deliberate damage
- Alteration by anyone other than us
- Fading from leaving curtains open in direct sun for extended periods
- Normal wear on fabric over time
Most of these we can still put right. It simply will not be free, and we will tell you what it involves before we do anything.
If we miss your installation date
Your installation date is written into your contract when you approve your quote — not an estimate, not a range. The reasoning behind that promise is on our promise; the terms are here.
If we miss it, your first professional curtain clean is on us — we take them down, clean them, rehang them and re-dress them, at no charge. It does not change the price of your order.
The date guarantee does not apply where:
- We cannot access your home on the agreed date
- Your building withholds an installation permit or NOC
- You change the fabric or specification after cutting has begun
If our measurement is wrong
We remake it at our cost. Every window is measured twice before anything is cut, and a remake caused by our measurement is never charged to you.
