You have just got your keys. Here is the honest order of things.
Curtains are more urgent than furniture and most people discover this the hard way. The sun comes up over the creek before 5:30am for much of the year, most Creek Beach units face east or south-east, and there is nothing on the glass. You will not sleep past sunrise in an unfurnished unit.
This is exactly why, on our very first visit and before you have paid us a dirham, we fit free temporary blackout blinds to every bedroom window. They stay until your curtains are made, then we take them away. No charge, no catch, even if you decide not to order from us.
What is specific to Creek Harbour towers
Drywall reveals
New towers here use drywall around the window reveals rather than solid concrete. The anchor a fitter uses matters more than the fabric. Wrong anchor into drywall and the track holds for a few months, then comes down. We check the wall type at measurement, every time.
Building access and NOCs
Most Creek Harbour buildings require an installation permit or NOC from building management before contractors can work in a unit. We handle this at the point of order, not the day before installation — which is one of the most common causes of a missed date in new communities, and one we simply refuse to be caught by.
Consistent layouts
Units repeat across floors. That is why we keep every window we measure on file permanently — the more units we do in your building, the faster and more accurate the next one is.

Units here have generous floor-to-ceiling glass, so they sit toward the upper end of our ranges. Figures assume sheer plus blackout on every window.

Ten days, and we mean the date
Measured on day 0, written quote within 24 hours, made over days 2 to 7, quality checked at our unit on day 8, installed on day 10. When you approve your quote you get that specific date. If we miss it, your installation is free — and it is in your contract, not just on this page.
