That is not a fabric problem. It is a promise problem. So we built the company around fixing it.
Installed on the day we promised — or your installation is free
When you approve your quote, you receive a specific installation date. Not a range. Not "next week". A date.
If we miss it, we do not charge you for the installation. It is written into your contract, not just onto our website.
How we make that safe to promise
- We never give you a date until your fabric is confirmed in stock, in writing, by our supplier. This single rule removes the most common cause of delay in this industry.
- We quote longer than we need. If production takes five working days, we promise eight. We would rather beat a date than break one.
- We work with two workshops, never one. Single-supplier dependency turns one bad week into ten broken promises.
- We cap how many jobs we take each month. Growing faster than we can deliver is how companies start missing dates.
What the guarantee does not cover
We think you should know this up front rather than discover it later. The date guarantee does not apply when:
- We cannot access your home on the agreed date
- Your building withholds an installation permit or NOC
- You change the fabric or specification after cutting has begun
The penalty is the value of the installation, not the value of the whole order.
Measured twice. By two people.
Every window in an order over AED 10,000, and every non-standard window, is measured independently by two different people before any fabric is cut. If our measurement is wrong, we remake it at our cost — and if that moves your date, the installation is free as well.
Measurements are recorded digitally, never on paper, and we keep them forever. If you ever need one panel replaced, we already have your dimensions. You will never be measured twice for the same window.
Sleep tonight
Custom curtains take time to make properly. That is fine — but you still have to live there.
So on our very first visit, before you have paid us a dirham, we fit free temporary blackout blinds to every bedroom window. They stay until your curtains arrive. Then we take them away.

If something goes wrong
Something will, eventually. What matters is what happens next.
- You hear about a delay from us, first — with a reason and a new committed date. Never after the fact.
- A complaint gets a phone call within 60 minutes, not a text.
- Every coordinator can spend up to AED 500 to fix your problem without asking anyone's permission.
- Anything unresolved after 48 hours goes to the founder automatically.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay
